High-purity graphitized petroleum coke is made from high-quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2,500-3,500°C. As a high-purity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, and low porosity. It can be used as a carbon raiser (Recarburizer) to produce high-quality steel, cast iron, and alloy. As a high-purity carbon material, it can be used for producing sealing and lubricating materials, electricity brushes, compound brakes and etc. It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive.

We offer a full range of GPC with sulfur content as low as 0.02% which goes up to 0.15% with carbon content up to 99.7%+. Produced at ultra-high temperatures, most of the impurities are vaporized in the process including most metal oxides, sulfur, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
Particle Sizes from Graphite Fines to Granules can be customized as per customer requirements. Standard sizes as 0-0.2, 0-1, 0.2-1, 0.5-1, 0.5-5, 1-5, 3-8 mm.
